We look at your systems the way a migration engineer would — before anyone sells you a migration. The assessment is pure consultancy: it does not include implementation.

A structured list of your devices, applications, licences and data locations, gathered through remote consultations.
Risk register
The weaknesses we find — single points of failure, unsupported software, backup gaps — ranked by practical impact.
Migration recommendation
A written recommendation covering what to move, what to keep, likely sequencing and the questions to ask any supplier.

A fixed price, agreed before we start
The assessment is a fixed-price engagement: the fee depends on the size and complexity of your estate, and it is agreed in writing before any work begins.
If you go ahead with a migration, planning continues as a separate design stage, and implementation is quoted per consultant-day. Software subscriptions, if any, are passed on at vendor cost.
