2. What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, work email, company name and message.
- Email correspondence when you write to us directly.
- Standard technical logs kept by our hosting provider (IP address, timestamps) for security and availability.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes — because you asked us to (consent) and to take steps at your request prior to a contract.
- To deliver services you have contracted for (contract).
- To keep the website secure and available (legitimate interests).
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries and correspondence are kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client, in which case project records are kept for six years as required for contract and tax purposes.
5. Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with the processors needed to run the business — email and hosting providers — under written instruction, and where the law requires disclosure.
6. Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing, and you may ask us to transfer data you gave us. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
